The Business Analytics Trainee will support the Strategy & Insights team by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop analytical and strategic skills in a professional environment.
🎯 HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
· Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Support the development and maintenance of databases and data models to streamline data management processes.
· Help create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes.
· Participate in cross-functional team meetings to gather and share information, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
· Support the implementation of data analytics strategies and processes, contributing to overall business objectives.
· Assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement.
· Contribute to the development of new tools and methods for data analysis, enhancing analytical capabilities.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
· Provide administrative support to the Analytics & Strategy team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
· Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in data analytics and strategy.
💪WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?
· University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
