The Procurement Trainee in our Corporate Division will support the daily activities of the Procurement unit, focusing on the management of the company’s vendors. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in procurement processes. This position reports directly to Procurement Manager.
🎯 HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
· Vendor Research: Assist in research and identify new potential vendors.
· Database Maintenance: Help maintain a database of reliable and qualified vendors.
· Support management of contracts with Vendors such as CDA, MSA, WO or SA, if needed.
· Collaboration Support: Assist in tasks related to vendor collaboration.
· Supplier Reviews: Participate in supplier reviews and assessments.
· Support selection of vendors for Start-up studies according to financial conditions to increase the company gross margin.
· Procurement Documentation: Help in the preparation and maintenance of procurement documents.
· Ensure procurement records are accurate and up-to-date.

· Degree in Life Sciences, Finances, Economics, Business Admin., Legal or similar.
· Basic understanding of financial topics related to procurement.
· Proactive, analytical, methodical, and organized.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Flexible attitude in response to time demands and unexpected events.
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
